Starting Problem

hi

my swift vxi k12 [india] rejects to start in first go; starter motor runs well but it doesnt continue engine to run in own.

can that be a petrol block or injector issue [btw i use 95 and recently replaced battery]

car has done abt 72,000km; has no any other problem. does abt 17 kms/ltr outstation run. city 14-15. in power drive.

your expert advice is highly appreciated

When was the last engine tuneup done? If done recently, what components were replaced (spark plugs for example) during the process?

last tune-up done at 40,000kms now 72,000kms. nothing was repaired this was at pitstop

Then your best bet is to get a tune-up done. (Injector cleanup, throttle body cleanup, spark plug replacement, air filter replacement/cleanup followed by a diagnostic scan).

Post the outcome of the tune-up here once you get it done.
