is there any good places to do a car service. and what are the good engine oil types for Mazda 3 and the millage for service schedule.

Mazda 3 (not axela) has the same engine, gearbox and electronics as the Ford Focus. You can follow the same service schedule as Focus, which is in this thread:

You can get the service done at any decent service station. It doesnt have any components or technology that came from outer space.

Any 10W30 oil is fine. By experience, I prefer Castrol GTX over anything else. It takes 4.1 litres of oil.

There is a garage which does Mazda repairs specifically @ Pepiliyana junction, I dont know whether they do services as well.
