Are you selling or buying? Guess the price depends on what end of the transaction you're at.

2007 brand new car with a 40k mileage is bit suspicious for me since that averages around 5,700km per year which is less than 500 km per month. Generally Lancer EXs are daily runners.

Check the status of the tyres. if the mileage is accurate the car should be in the 2nd set of tyres and they should be relatively new.

Are you talking about a Back one with a spoiler?

Sorry It's Lancer EX 2008. Yep 2nd set of tyres. Used as a 2nd car.

Haha, exactly my point. 40,000 over 7 years, which means an average of 480km per month. that is too low for even a second car for me.
