tux
Max voltage difference threshold of prius battery pack is 1.2V. So you pack have some more time. You will be able to find a prius battery cell for less than 100$ in ebay. BTW what is the mileage of your prius. Sometimes loose contacts in battery pack also cause such voltage drop. In such case, cleaning contacts and refitting pack will solve the issue.

ramishkad
In case you actually do get recommended a battery replacement by a mechanic, check this before going through with it just in case : http://imgur.com/gallery/j8Bcp/
gayanath
Didn't you got any error massage or indication..?? For any voltage issue, there should be an indication and error code too. If the jerk coming due to any voltage problem or lose connection in the battery pack, it should be come while running on the motor too and a malfunction indication is a must. Jerk while changing from motor to engine seems that some mechanical issue or electrical issue related to engine starting if no any malfunction indication comes out. I am getting a weird jerk in my car these days, mostly when the car is switching the power from the battery to the engine power. the following figures shows the voltage levels and resistivity on EV mode. As you can see, there is a notable difference on the cell group no 8 and 9. Just need to know whether the replacement of cells will be enough as the full change will cost a lot.... please help Screenshot_2015-12-17-09-30-13.jpg

Hi mate,im really new to this hybrid stuff .
