Was it confirmed that there are no vacuum leaks and that your booster is properly working before it was determined the problem was in the ABS module?

Hard to believe that your ABS modulator is causing a problem in braking power only at low speed. Just drive the vehicle at a very low speed (say 5 kmph) on a flat terrain for about 30 seconds and see if you get a CEL indication just to eliminate the possibility of a faulty wheel speed sensor.

can you suggests a good place to repair this issue?

Now who decided that the issue was due to ABS modulator if you are still looking for a place to repair it? For someone in the forum to help you with a good mechanic you have to tell them your location first.

I'm in Kelaniya. I checked with a mechanic, he told me to replace modulator. According to the scan details, no issues with modulator & error in sensors. confusing.....also still unable to find a recon unit.

The errors say that all four of your wheel speed sensors are at fault.

The first thing to do is to check if all wheel speed sensors are clean and if the sensor rings are okay (no damaged teeth, not filled with dust or dirt). Clean them if necessary.

Since it's unlikely for all four sensors to fail at once, it might be a connection issue on the wire harness that goes into the ABS module, or the ABS module itself being faulty. Check to make sure that the connections are secure.

Glad you managed to sort out the issue.

Would have been a far more expensive (and pointless) repair if you blindly followed your mechanic's advise and replaced the ABS module.
