Auto transmission didnt work

I just bought 2nd ford laser 2002 ZM-607073. @ first we get that car...its gear make sound,after my husbnd do servicing, change fluid..its run normal,but after 24hr, while driving on road HOLD warning light up, the car didnt move, hve to shut down the engine,then wait for a while, then start the car, it move, but only a few minute, then back again wont move, so we have to do that way until get home. Then a few day later after that situation, my husband once more do servicing, chnge fluid...but surprising...after done servicing...the gear wont shift to any gear..not even jump f we try to change gear..can anyone help me...

And did you check if the correct ATF was used ?

Do you still get the warning light? If so get the car scanned for error codes. Otherwise take it to a place specialized in auto transmission. Search the forum for "Nilwala Motors".

Yes,ATF level and type is correct. 

Yes, the warning light still 'Blink-blink'.

Then...i'll ask my hsbnd to send that car for scanning for any error code.

If you have a guage cluster without the rpm guage this particular meter panel doesnt actually have a check engine light light (basically no standalone light to indicate engine issues) 

Flashing hold light basically is used as the check engine light.

Stop wasting time and money changing fluids,  this needs to be inspected by someone who knows mazda/Ford bjs. Your average makabass can't diagnose the issue since these cars can't be scanned by obd most of the time,  this has a specific diagnostic port called Mazda 17 pin diagnostic port and it can only be scanned with a dedicated scanner. Take the car to mazna motors papaliyana, call lalith 071 424 2464

Start checking the ATF level.with the engine idling after warming up.
