How to find weather strips and shutter runner strips?

Hi guys,

I have two questions,

 

1) any place to find weather strips and shutter running strips ?

2) can we remove scratches in a windshield? Any place?

You can find weather strips and shutter runners from Darly road. There are several shops close to CMC Fire Brigade building including L.P Gunaratne.
