New Suzuki Wagon R FZ 2017

This is the most significant update in the design of the WagonR and Stingray ever since their launch and we are emphasising on the design because these are probably one of the quirkiest cars introduced by the Suzuki. The cars look a boxier now and the new styling further emphasises the tallboy stance of both the WagonR and the Stingray.

New Suzuki WagonR Front

In terms of styling, the new Suzuki WagonR features a new grille with a prominent chrome element flanked by new squarish headlamps. The front bumper is also new and comes with a large airdam and the bonnet has also been shortened. The Suzuki Stingray, on the other hand, has a very different face with a more edgy bonnet, Chevy-like two-part grille and angular headlamps. The front bumper also is new and a bit more muscular with a trapezoidal airdam and vertical foglamp housings on either side.

Also, you don't need to necessarily open a new thread for every new car that comes out and you have a fancy for. This could have been made in the "Japanese Car News" thread and perhaps link it to the other Suzuki Wagon R post in that thread ?

Another revision of an already shitty car.

the previous gen Stingray looked better than the FZ but this time around the stingray looks hideous....

Market price of Unregistered Previous model of Stingray is about 3.2 Millions and New Stingray model goes around 3.8 Millions.

1. Is it worth going for the new model paying additional 6 laks?
2. Other than outer appearance, what are the improvements they have done in this new model?
3. Fuel efficiency of both models

Older wagon R models (S-ene charge) does not have EV mode and the hybrid battery capacity was 12V36Wh and new model (MH55) got EV mode (very limited, below 10 km/h AFAIK), full AC function during engine stops unlike previous 'cold box' system, higher capacity battery 12V120Wh etc are some of the changes I came across. new Stingray design is questionable to many including me but I like the front end of FZ model.
