AC not cooling

I have Toyota Axio 141 made in  2012. Recently the AC is not cooling optimally in day time.

When internal switch is on , cooling reduces further . But when it's off to get external air, it starts cooling again though it's not optimal.

I showed it to local auto electrical Centre.

There was no gas leak.Compressure was ok.The tubing cools nicely.They suspected a gas block.

They replaced air and gas filters and replaces HFC 134a gas.

Problem still persist. Please help me with advise.

Maybe you're using tha re-circ button the wrong way

Can you please tell me the correct way of using this re circ button.. 

I just switch it on from the beginning and go..

Yes faced same problem in 2008 141.. It might be an issue of you keeping the circulation at the windscreen defroster or a bad cabin filter blocking a proper flow. Check with a proper AC specialist and will get it done in notime..  Sometimes small issues make a big difference...

As you mentioned, it can be blockage of air filter too, try to remove the cabin air filter and run the AC. Keep fresh air option off. If it improved, then the problem is clogged cabin air filter.Also feel the air flow, check whether it is incresing manually, sometimes blowers can fail too.

Then check the running speed of AC condenser cooling fan in engine compartment. Check whether it is running in normal speed or reduced speed. Sometimes it can run quite slow speed and after some time it will burn out. 

Try to do some checks yourself , it can surely reduce repair cost and timing.
