Could be due to various issues with your clutch plate, pressure plate or release bearing. I helped a friend with a vibrating clutch pedal once and it was due to a couple of broken diaphragm spring on the pressure plate. Some other reasons could be:

- Clutch cable being pulled by wobbly engine: Check engine mounts and clutch cable (your car has a cable operated clutch).

- Unevenly worn out flywheel: Get the flywheel resurfaced

- Warped clutch plate: Replace clutch plate

- Worn out torsion springs on the clutch plate: Replace clutch plate

- Worn/broken diaphragm springs on the pressure plate: Replace pressure plate

- Worn out release bearing: Replace bearing/release fork

Regardless of what the actual cause is, you will have to take out the gearbox of the car to determine the actual cause. Is this a sudden/recent development? Did you rev hard while riding the clutch recently?
