Spanner indicator usually means that a service is due. How many Kms/months ago did you change engine oil and perform a general service?

The oil indicator means that engine oil pressure has been detected to be low. This can be due to low engine oil level, a faulty oil pressure switch or a failing oil pump. Given that the car has done only 30K (assuming the mileage is genuine), it's unlikely that the oil pump is faulty. Did you check your engine oil level?

As for the scanner freezing, it maybe due to an issue with the scanner itself. So go to a different garage (or better, the agent) and get it scanned again.
