Rattling noise when accelerate

Guys i had a issue on my corrolla axio 141. When the enjine get hot, hearing a noise like ටකටකටක..... (tractor noise) mostly when low rpms and the climb hills... the noise is improving when ac on. I changed throttle body, tune up, but no any difference... the mechanic say many things, but he has not an any idea what is it... i saw some asked  before on this forum but he haven't mentioned any solution ....

I had cooling issues (radiator leaking / broken fan) with my previous car (Suzuki Swift) which makes the same noise when it runs out of coolant. Ones radiator and fan got fixed the noise went away. Not an expert but just sharing my experience.

Probably food for thought. I had a similar issue. Was tearing my hair to figure out what. Turned out it was the front number plate mount. The damned thing started rattling only at a certain frequency when the RPM was around 2000. It was very hard to replicate when the car was stationary. Had another similar issue. Turned out to be the bonnet support rod rattling against the radiator mount.

Since you have done a lot of things, reckon the noise might not be from something as simple as this. But do check. Elimination is better than costly repairs.
