Vitz push start wont start

I own this 2016 vitz push start car for now 1 month. It doesnt start when I push the push start button. Can someone help me quickly.

Do the warning lights come on? Is the gear lever on park? Did you try depressing the brake and then pushing the button? Did you try pushing the start button with the key fob?

maybe the push start control unit? Get it scanned at the agents
