mini pajero or jimny

Hi guys,

I'm panning to by small jeep like mini pajero or Jimmy around 1.5 Mn (Used one between 1999-2001). please let me know which one is good? some people says these difficult to maintain, lack of parts etc.

experts please help....

My vote is for the Jimny. You see a lot more around in that era than the mini Pajero resulting in more parts and stuff. I think it’s also more capable off toad and more reliable.

Hello simpleman,

It is going to be the Jimny!

Reason why, it's 1.3cc where mini pajero 1.1 or 660cc

Solid front and rare axle where Pajero with front CV's

Jimny, great power to weight ratio.

G13A engine is common (Swift, Chev Cruze) so parts are common

Body parts easy to source for Jimny compared to Paj mini as the same body style continued for 20 years.

Lastly, my personnel guarantee, had few and they like mountain goats when it comes to 4WD
