What is the recommend engine oil for Japan alto(ene-charge) 2018

No harm using 5W-30. With low viscosity of 20 grade, there will be slight increase of fuel efficiency. Why don't you follow manufacture recommendations?

if you want you can put 0W-20 check the oil every day as the too thin oil will evaporate faster

0W-20 is not a winter specific oil. Its multi-grade. So, nothing special with 0W-20 and No special attention needed.

I put 5W-30 mostly mobil/ toyota/ or what the A*W sells. 

just do the oil change and run do not modify or do other things.

Finally I have put The Toyota 0-20w oil, thanks for your advice

sure but there recondition vehicles dont have the correct millage i.e my alto has 3348 miles after one years use in japan. which is very doubtful ??
