FB 15 jerk when changing gear from 1st to 2nd or from 2nd to 1st

Fb 15 - jerk when gear changes between 1st and 2nd.

Using this car for last 10 years. 109000 kilometers. All other gears change very smoothly. Changed auto transmission fluid recently. But when the car runs slow it jerks. I feel its when  gear change between1st and 2nd.will there be any other reason for this. Please comment.

First, get the automatic transmission fluid level checked. It maybe under-filled causing low fluid pressure. 

Was the fluid change done by taking off the oil pan, cleaning it and replacing the filter or was it just a drain and refill?
