Question

Kdh super gl 201 desel,
Black smoke in my van.
First the DPF was blocked, then the DPF was removed, and the activity was removed from the system.
Then the black smoke came.
When I went back to th garage, closed the EGR with a plate. And then it went right.
Six months was fine,
Now the black smoke is coming
What could be wrong with this?

Black smoke indicates unburden carbon, what did you expect when you remove all the systems that are there to reduce them in the first place.

Your fuel mixture may be too rich now, if re calibrating the ECU is possible there may be a solution.

Is black smoke coming out of the DPF? What is the best solution?

Did you disable the DPF or did you remove the DPF unit?

if you take out the DPF you will notice a bit of black smoke in first gear. How bad is the emission of black smoke? And are you using super diesel?

It seems like our local engineers have ruined your engine.

All the systems that you have removed is there to prevent black smoke specially the EGR. Now your engine is running in a different state and false information is fed into the ECU.
