Where are you located? I can direct you to good painters near kurunegala and Kegalle. A low quality respray without tinkering will cost you around 50k. Recently my neighbor got his Y32 Cedric done up at his own home (two painters did the whole process inside his garage) for 75k. The quality was good.

Also, the cost of tinkering depends on how much corrossion your vehicle has suffered.
