errr i've done 160-180 on an old NSR 250 - baseline road... it was darn scary and the road was full of smoke... and one cylinder stopped firing after that :lol:

turned out to be a bad plug...

ironically my fiend sold this NSR and the next guy had a very bad crash and nearly lost his life... Bike was condemned as i heard

done 156 on my XR250 (digi speedo, don't really trust them but it indicated 156)... i think i maxed out on that one...

done over 140 constantly on my mtx200 that i rode for quite a few years with most of my "most interesting" crashes/falls

Done high speed runs on a Ninja 400 and on a Aprilia RS250 but funny enough...can't really recall the speeds :)

but it was for sure over 140..

I sorta get shitty scared after hitting 160+...mostly to do with my offroady helmet that's really not meant for speeding and your eyes start tearing etc etc....

I'm glad all those speeding days are over on 2 wheels though :)

now i'm mostly into touring stuff.... a cool 80-90 max and that's it

I bet Pradfred must be having some good specs on bikes! :D

ahem and on the car, yep the ol sprinter....maxxed out on GP a few times at 130-140.... done the same in galle road near galle face green...

that road is darn clear when you manage to get onto it :D

What prevented you from going further: The Car was skiding a bit and there was no control. :(

Top Speed: 210 Km/h

Machine: 2005 Mazda Attenza/Mazda 6, 2.3ltr 6 speed manual

Mods: None

Road: Habarana Road

What prevented you from going further: Brand New car, didnt want to take the risk of going further. :D

Top Speed: 170 Km/h (something like 166 km/h)

Machine: 2003 Mazda Axela/Mazda 3

Mods: None

Road: Baseline Road,

What prevented you from going further: Car was skiddin and pulling to one side. :o

Top Speed: 137 Km/h

machan sachas GT is hell of a car, i been in the car for once and blink of a eye boost gauge and speedometer with jump to the max, unbalivable car

I'd be honoured to have a ride in that car! What a machine! The sheer dedication he must have to bring that car to that level of performance is amazing!

Note : Dis picture was snapped by my wife @ 170...i ran above 180 but couldnt capture @ da xact spot....

Car came on to 180 kmph from 120 in just 3-4secs...was an amazing ride ! love ma ride !
