Well me ..in the passenger seat

1 . 250 kmph Infiniti g35 (Lightning audio team) wth nitros boost @ New york

2. porsche carera - 210 kmph " '"

3. 140 kmph hummer h2 with lowered body and big rims ..hehe

well i have done 65 on a 49cc tvs champ which has a max sped of sixty .. dnt ask how but i did it .

174 - honda city @ malabe It road

145 - toyota townace @ parliament road

85 kmph - toyota vios malabe it rd ... this car has no plates so felt a bit stingy to accelearate

100kmph on highlevel in my old Ford Escort Mk1 1100cc, Could have gone more but not sure where I would have ended.

130kmph Suzuki Baleno 1600cc half way down road behind Colombo Campus (On coming traffic madfe me slow down)

Passenger Seat - 160kmph Nissan Wingroad Baseline start to Borella Kanatta Junction.

Other all below 100kmph since I try my best to be the good citizen.

Ooops forgot good old days when I went in a van to school

120kmph ++ on parliment road in the back seat (Nissan Vannette 51sri, Nissan Caravan 58-, Toyota Hiace 58-, Mitsubishi Delica L300 63-).

100kmph++ Ashok leyland (private bus) Many times on the Low level from Godagama Junction to Padukka, scary!!

damn! u r a speed monster to have done 174 in IT drive... the road is not perfectly straight as everyone knows and 174 is an extreme speed for a light weight car? anway this is a 2000-2001 vtec model i suppose ?

I have hit 155Km/h (Gall Road) on my 1993 Nissan FB13 that was back in 2001 IMO. Now I drive a 2001 Leganza I the Max was abound 130km/h....

Stock 99 Honda Accord @ 120kmh on the Trinco / Habarana road with my inlaws in the car.

( I think that's an acheivement in itself don't you? )

U think its monster speed to do 175 on this road? U know what a really fast car can do here? A race car driver told me he hits 200+ before the bend when tuning here. No names Won't say the car either, coz it'll be too easy to guess. SL-GT class car tho. Back then, I would get around 120 by that point. Now thats a fast car man.

city can be dangerous with 174 on the board in that road, anybody(the person who drives not the car) who drives at that speed in a city in that road is a monster!!! becuase whoever does that takes an enormous gamble on his life ...

bdw city (singapore mkt vtec model) top speed is 181k ... so itz not a impossibility for the vehicle!!! when i did 160! i had my father, mother, brother and lot of luggage in the car + some more revs

Hey guys this is kinda OT, but what are the best roads in Sri Lanka to drive fast? Top speed ive gone as a passenger is 145km/h in an optima. definetely cant keep up with any of the top speeds you guys have achieved

The Athurugiriya/Malabe Stretch ... Can Get up to some crazy speeds on this road... Specially if u go early morning during the weekends....

Well I finished 3rd easily and has few seconds on 4th.. so thats 160 plus for sure (on IT drive)

Yes Gihan I know that...but taking in to fact that am a gurl n its a normal road car..I think its not bad right? anyway I exceeded that yesterday down Katunayake road but couldnt come up to 120

ya not bad anyway i tuched 145 mark on katunayake rd bt, Accent dont like high speeds when u pass 120 mark u feel like ur car is flying

Yup I know..I felt that I have no control over the vehicle so I quickly slowed down..

touched 150km/h with city '05-cvt on a clean strech between Ambalangoda and Galle on Galle Rd recently. It was almost going out of control due to cross wind. will never go higher 120km/h with city again.

2-- 140kmph IT drive (Sri Lanka) -- a 1989 DIESEL Isuzu Gemini

3-- 130kmph Somewhere on baseline 2002 Subaru Imprezza

4-- 120kmph Anuradhapura -- Suzuki Grand Vitara
