Have you tried calling  Rainbow motors  in Panchikawatta ?  Also Carmart had put up a Social Media Post saying 70%  discount on parts ...They too may have it .

But to be honest, Not too familiar with this Bush Set you are referring to  hence will have to ask around a bit.
