Auto gear box issue for.mazda bj5p

There is issue when i select the revers gear it doesn't shift...but when shift to the drive and again shift to the reverses gear it's worked..is there a mjor issue....do i need to replace my gear box or can repair....simply the issue is the correct gear is not selecting in the first attempt..

If your gear indicator is broken I have a brand new one. PM me.

This issue should be repairable with out much fuss.  Many times the same has been discussed or drop me a PM with your  contact number and I shall guide you to a person who can sort it out.
