Is Eco Tablet an Actual Octane Booster?

Dear Experts

These days, octane 95 is limited to IOC sheds and Colombo & nearby areas. When we travel to remote areas, it is hard to find 95.

What is your latest advises / experiences on using Eco Tablet with octane 92. 

Does it really increase the octane number?

Is there any harmful effect from Eco Tablet to the vehicle?

(Using Eco Tablet is very easier than liquid octane boosters. 1 tablet for 25~50L)

They say that other people's products can be harmful.

Although the brands are different, when we use any product for the same purpose, the effects can also be similar.  .
