Nothing significant really....

Some colors attract heat more which will have an impact on how efficient the AC and cabin cooling is.

Then there is maintenance. Some colors (dark near black ones) show off even the slightest imperfection in the body work and dirt. For example, take dust/mud, scratches, blemishes in the body work. White cars hide these a lot better than black cars. So this effects the products you have to use to keep the car nice and shiny.
