I don't think there is such a thing as 'non-chinese' branded alarms.

You do however, have higher quality, American branded (Viper, Crimeguard) or British (Clifford, Hornet)...but i believe these are still manufactured in China, Korea or thereabouts. Its just a question of branded vs. non branded. Quality is probably what you end up paying a premium for.
