madmax
This must be the most overrated piece of junk in automotive history EVER! It's still got leaf spring suspension in the rear! I present you the 2008 hummer H3. Edited May 26, 2008 by madmax

Agree guys, I had the pleasure of driving the big sucker the H1. Now that was a Hummer! You did not expect it to be well finished or refined. Girls had orga**** on the transmission tunnel........ Then the H2 came along to get on the SUV gravy train. The H2 or the H3 is supposed to be based on the ancient GMC / Chevrolet ( cant remember) truck, and so its an old truck in drag. Another example of Brand extension ! He he. IMHO the H 1 is the only one anyone should buy if they want a Hummer, ......run over a few 3 wheelers, hammer those morons cutting white lines, push idoits who park on the pedestrian crossings etc etc he he salivating ...... sorry guys again IMHO only ...dont mean to piss anyone who has already spent mucho dinero and got one
Watchman
Madmax upgraded to 40D eh? Where DID the 400D go? normally we'd know where to find it, but we know that madmax's-2nd-hand-store's favorite customer has been shopping elsewhere for his latest procurement

Plus I've found a better customer base here in the US through a free advertising website (craiglist.org - anyone who knows Open Source Software will know about it) I also bought the XSi first. But didn't like it, so returned it to the store and upgraded to the 40D. Dug a deep hole in my pocket though! (mostly from the job-advertising) back to topic: I saw a yellow H2 on the rathnapura road sunday evening... no kit or anything, all original wheels and body parts. kotte mafia
yap H3 it's carp ... compaired to H2 but for a person who likes hummer it has a nice price tag less than 1/2 the price of the big fuel drinking H2 ... personaly i like the H3 a bit cos it has the old bad look (even though it's less fuel efficent and it has less room inside only four can sit .. and the ground clearence level is less ) still this is the hummer which u can afford. and i say if ur a hummer lover like me don't wait just go and buy it .... GuruG
Crap is an over statement. Hummer used to be one of my dreams. Looks mean n can make a lil kid cry. But lil research n reviews concluded the Hummer to be more of talk but no walk. Example : http://youtube.com/watch?v=KXjnCOLTsJc

Dejavu!! ==> Hummers / bling / gem-merchants personally i like the way it looks and its road presence, but being a little bit more informed about what it really is, I know that looks is all there is to it. Its not a practical daily-ride, its not an off-roader and its crappy on petrol... Its still living off the hype that its predecessor created.... sigghhhh..... The next one went a bit further and bought (ordered) a new one. It was supposed to be the wedding present from the father / to the new wife.... not sure which.
