There's a Chinese Brand called 'Gonow'. I guess this also can be added to the SL list.

I think these are very rare in SL but I have seen a double cab of this kind parked under the Dehiwala flyover several days while i was on my way for work.

'GONOW' was painted in Big Red letters right at the back

In SL context It seems people don't bother or think much about those names as far as they appear in Latin alphabet . People may think any crap written in English/using Latin alphabet is "posh". This came to my head when I saw lot of crappy things in vehicles and t-shirts. The situation may differ if those names are in Sinhalese letters.

And I think this type of mishaps are more prominent in the countries / languages use Latin alphabet.

How do you feel the difference? "carry" and “කැරි“

Yep it is. My point was that the name 'GONOW' is ridiculous within the Sri lankan context. Maybe it has a good meaning in some other language
