Both 4D55 and 4D56 came in as Turbo and non-turbo.

The turbo versions has the engine code 4D56T - the trailing 'T' denotes that its a turbo engine.

4D55 Displacement - 2346 cc

4D56 Displacement - 2476 cc

Turbo versions has different compression ratios

Oops sorry about the above post guys.

I have made a mistake in naming the thread, and have created a lot of confusion.
