I always goto Nalaka @ Hyde Park. They do a full diagnosis(brakes, shoks etc.) with wheel alighnment.

There's a place on the lane opposite Savoy. I think the name is Car Care. Its a small place, but the guys working there are knowledgeable and they do a pretty good job for a reasonable price.
