  1. The only SUV which falls into that category and price range is the Suzuki Escudo/Vitara, one of which is up for sale on AL right now.
  2. Not a Honda fan perse, but this is just an insult to Honda owners in general
  3. No, the DX wagon is little more than a delivery van, and even the top end trim didn't come with alloys back then. Those wheels look like they belong on an AE86.
  4. At least Delta toffees still taste the same. Went through 40 bucks worth in about 15 minutes.

srsly? i should start counting my change...

  5. If it's a 1st gen Vitz, the instrument cluster is very similar to my Vios (the Vios uses the Vitz RS cluster), so you have two temp indicators, blue and red. The blue one lights up right after a cold start and stays lit for a minute or two till the engine warms up. Once warmed up it turns off. It's the same with the newer models as well.
  6. Just don't do this to it
  7. Took me a moment to figure out it was Alonso tripping over.
  8. Saw a black F10 yesterday, black wheels, dechromed, debadged, no tags either so must be fresh off the boat. Wonder if it was brought down by the agent.

  9. That's the POST routine for electronic stepper motor driven analog gauges. Never gets old, watching those needles dance.
  10. I thought LIOC raised the price of Diesel because we handed India their butts in the T20 eliminations.
  11. A relative of mine back in the village has a 14 sri example of this particular model; faux wooden panelling (I think) all around and it's a 5 speed, of the GL variety.
  12. Wait, are you sure its the overheat indicator? My car doesn't have a temp gauge, only two indicators to indicate cold engine and over heating. The cold engine indicator (blue) stays lit for a minute or two after starting till the engine reaches operating temperature.
  13. Better check with Toyota Lanka if your Yaris/Corolla/Camry falls into the recall

  14. Does your car have a temp gauge? If so does it work or appear to work normally?
  15. only 1 lak kms in 23 years?! Very nice. Out of curiosity, how is the driver's door after all this time?
  16. No its not compound charging, it's more like mutually exclusive sequential charging, first the supercharger, then the turbocharger when the RPM is high enough. I think it's relatively low boost on the March, something like 0.5 bar.
  17. Your bulbs are old. Old bulbs don't necessarily blow out, their light output just drops (which is the dimness you're experiencing). Replace them with new ones. End of story.
  18. My first suggestion would be to take a better photo. Can't see fsk all in it.
  19. You know, I do believe the photo on top is staged. The truck trailer having a Hyundai mud flap is just _way_ too much of a coincidence.
  20. There actually is such a thing is a supercharger turbo, but it doesn't apply to this car. The Nissan March SuperTurbo is one such example.
  21. And for the OP, buy a pair of quality branded bulbs. You can search the forum for more discussions on bulbs, including brand names and our experiences with them.
  22. an a-hole who followed your advice was tailgating me today, a silver GO- EK3, and the glare was so bad that I couldn't see anything behind me. i felt like using JDNET's pole on him. so, no, please dont install HID unless your headlamps are meant for it.
  23. 6000K is far from optimum. The optimum color temperature is between 4000k and 5000k. I use Osram Nightbreakers for both heads and fogs, quite satisfied with the output and coverage.
  24. er why not? Japan were making cars even before WW2 and the country itself existed way before then. Do you understand what JDM means?
