NL+++
I have done the 2nd service for my Viva Elite car at Unimo and the service was very poor. I’m not sure whether they have put diesel engine oil instead of petrol engine oil. Can anybody help me to find out whether they have put correct oil? I think the service at Unit#d Mot#rs being poor is a well known issue. As an owner of a Mitsubishi I am quite aware of it myself, but during the warranty period I guess you'll have to put up with it for the moment..... 0 Komisiripala
uni*ed really needs to clean their act up. my bro was there to pick up his vehicle when the guy in front of him was told that servicing for their perodua and other small cars were being moved elsewhere because "they service big vehicles like pajeros here, which are worth 140-150 lakhs, and that those owners also don't like to come here and mix with people who own small cars" this from a guy who probably rides the bus to work. wow. 0 NL+++
Thanks for the reply. Reason why I’m suspecting this is, i feel that the pulling power of the vehicle is bit low after the service.

Well the agents will need to be pelted with cow dung if they can't figure out the correct engine oil for cars they import. But this is probably not the most likely issue, more something like water getting in to somewhere it shouldn't or a lose connection. Why don't you take it back to them and ask them to sort it out since its under warranty.

Secret you need to know is "Money would do a better job" I use Valvoline SynPower for my cars (Even for my Viva Elite). But since Viva only needs about 2.5L of engine oil it wont make much difference to your bill..(As i can remember it was about rs 2K+ for engine oil)
