sorry i should rephrase it as our astrologers..........i do believe in astrology to a minimal level

(there are some experts out over there)....but think that here is a field that very tom dick and harry have entered and abused the art of prediction..and thus make us loose faith in the whole system....

Yes it is actually.

Wikipedia is much more reliable than old books and fables written by ignorant stupid men that claimed earth is flat and made in seven days, virgins giving birth, virgins in heavens, talking snakes, talking neonates, talking bushes, babies that walk on lotus leaves, messiahs who walk on water and then turn it to wine, resurrecting dead, people who claimed they are are sons of Gods, Gods with elephant heads, Gods with monkey heads, Gods with multiple hands, and there is some jealous, control-freak up in the sky watching your every move and.....now this "end of the world in 2012" just so that some nondescript idiot has misinterpreted the mayan calendar

Do YOU realize that wikipedia now has a pretty decent system of checks and balances thanks to the wiki community?

False information doesn't last very long... especially if it's an article that is read a lot.
