It apprently won the North American car of the year award for 2012. However I think that was largely because of good value for money (low purchase price) and good fuel consumption rates [City (MT) 6.8L/100km, Hwy (MT) 4.9L/100km, Combined (MT) 5.95L/100km -1.8L Dual CVVT DOHC 16V Engine].

I haven't driven one (swore off renting Korean cars after a bad experience with a Santa Fe back in 2004) but I hear the build quality has improved considerably on these newer models. Certainly they are pretty snazzy to look at, and they seem to be getting pretty popular.

This car seem's to be good.my cousin bought this recent and we went on a test drive on the highway.

comfortable & it has rear leg space. huge trunk , handling and pulling power is good. fuel seem to be good i cant remember
