To be honest I dont see any issue on the permits being sold. It's given to the govt servants as a bonus. which is fine by me because some actually deserve it. Once they are entitled to it, they may or may not sell it. It's totally upto them.

And as for mudalali's who drive these fancy cars, they are just filling the demand for the sale of the permit. When teh govt servant wants to sell and cash out, if there are no mudalali's there to buy them, then what happens. Being a mudalali is nothing to be looked down on. To be honest they are the ones who take the risks and create employment. Of course no one does business for charity. But no govt can expect to take on the economy by themselves without the entrepreneurs.

Starting and doing a business is no easy task. Specially with all the red tape and inefficient public sector. Trust me!
