Honda Fit 2010 Tailgate Door

Hi,

Can Any one tell me whether Can I install Honda Hybrid Tailgate Door to a Honda Fit 2010 Normal vehicle.. It's Looks Similar.. But don't know exactly fit, I need to replace my tailgate door after an accident, but I couldn't find a 2010 door, but Hybrid model doors are there..

As per my knowledge, yes.

Specifications of both GE6 and GP1 are similar instead of RS version.

There should be a part number somewhere...perhaps a sticker with it or engraved in to the liftgate...if you can find it just go check if the part numbers match. The agents should be able to give you the part number through the EPCs (in the past they have been quite helpful with it for my dad's CR-V; no idea how they are now)...also you should be able to find the EPC online; think someone posted a link to a site with a whole host of EPC data for a lot of JDM cars.

But just going by hunch, they should be interchangeable as they both seem to have the same body with the differences primarily being trim components and the changes(if any) to accommodate any battery packs etc...

Take the car if you can without the damaged rear door and ask them to bring the door to check wither it fits. The chances are it will but because of the batteries in the back you can't rule out small modifications on the hybrid.
