Yaris is Manufactured Japan(or other countries) to export.

All beltas are cvt Auto. Belta has 1L & 1.3 L

Yaris has 1.3L afaik

Both seems good on fuel as mid size sedan with small engines.

Belta has obviously better market.....

Only the X grade (and various business packages of it) if I remember right came with the 1litre engine. Yes all Beltas come with a CVT gear box EXCEPT for the 4WD which comes with a 4spd-A/T.

If Toyota was continuing the original blood line of the car, the Belta "should" have the same engine of the Vitz with the same engine capacity...which means the 1 litre comes with the 1KR engine and the 1.3 with the 2SZ.
