Try Moratuwa (Rawatawatta) Radco Auto Radiator Works.

Last Saturday I went there to do a complete coolant system flush and really satisfied with their work.

They Inspected the radiator too and showed me a small leak in it near the bottom and fixed it too. They cost me only 3050 LKR for the whole job including the price of 4 ltr Caltex Havoline coolant can.

Previous time when I went there they instructed me to check with my mechanic whether there is a compression leak since tiny water bubbles came continuously when started the vehicle after the coolant change with the radiator cap off. When I checked with my mechanic, he said that there is a small compression leak but tried to convince me that it is not needed to fix it at that time. Any how I bought all the parts needed and fixed the small compression leak by installing a new head gasket and plating the cam head.

So usually their inspections seems correct.

If you can come to Panadura, there is a place called Himara Auto radiator works. I have serviced my Air con from there which was quite good but haven't done the coolant flush.
