aruntantan
Hi folks, I am planning to buy a Indian Suzuki Swift VXI. I search the forum for the model and unable to find specific discussions on the model. So my questions are, 1. Fuel consumtion 2. Maintenance cost 3. Current market price 4. And any other concerns before buying And another thing, with the budget thing, shall i wait for few months before buying? will the price be reduced? Thanks in advance
kmeeg
And another thing, with the budget thing, shall i wait for few months before buying? will the price be reduced? Not sure anyone would be able answer about the price.. I think i have one of the worst case scenario.. Bought 1 car and few weeks later price reduced (due to tax reduce) then ordered another one and by the time it arrived to Colombo price increased (again the tax was increased).. Updated - But there might be a chance since "some" are about to get new car permits. Sorry can't tell details about it.. The Don
The interior plastics start to rattle and crack and lose their appearance. The same can be said about the exterior plastics. The engine is not as refined as the Japanese version and most only came with a manual option. Apart from that the car is pretty ok. The ride is harsher and the car stands taller. You get what you pay for I guess. I personally think the product you get is acceptable for the price you pay and it should give you good service over the years. Just don't go and try to compare it to the JDM.

hrm
Sorry for the confusion. A-Star does have K10B. So it's 1000cc
