AFAIK, this was launched sometime ago.. and this service is used in issuing Revenue licenses as well.

My guess is, the name doesn't match the name in the database. If we knew the name in database we could have created a linked in profile with that name and get info.

Any ideas?

The first two days it worked for vehicles with registration numbers 1 sri upwards only. Now you get a message system error. Probably a software crash. Hope they will put it right soon.

That means we have to enter the whole name we gave at the registration which is included in the book as well?
