Car for Rs 3 Millon - Rs 3.5Millon

Hi All, 

Currently I own a Fb15 New shell 2003. Looking for an upgrade and my budget is around 3-3.5 million (manufactured year 2010+). Following are my concerns.

1. Family car (5 passengers)

2. Hybrid / non -hybrid

3. Fuel consumption (decent)

4. Resale market

Please share your valuable opinions. Thanks in advance.

If you do like hatchbacks, i recommend honda fit hybrid. I had 2012 fit hybrid, very good car in its class. Also, very spacious too

Gp5 is 4m+

Gp1 3.5m+

For your budget it has to be  a GP1(2010-2013). it's quite spacious for a hatch...has lots of cargo space and a number of storage spaces (even under the seat)

 

 even the 2010ish non hybrid Fit is more or less the same thing.. another very decent option.

if you looking unregistered one Toyota Pixis is ok and if you move your budget bit upper Toyota Aqua 2012 fare better than Honda it cost around 3.8 mark

i recommending Aqua is best option to you

II also recommend the GP1, even a 2007 Axio 141 seems to be 3.5m+ these days.

Gp1 is the one within your budget. But I don't know you'll be able to find un-reg bellow 3.5mi. I used my Gp1 mostly in Colombo, it did 12-13km/l in city. Outside I had 16-20km/l, as I remember not more than that. But overall, I can say GP1 is the best choice for your budget.

Go for an Aqua 2012 and you will never regret in any of your needs 

You may find one for around 37 bit used one with registration in "two English numbers"
