Petrol Consumption

Hi Guys,

I have chevrolet cruze 2004. it does about 8Km per liter. i have done a engine tuneup also. can you please tell me a good work shop around Malabe Kaduwela area. 

How about the normal consumption in this car?

8 kmpl in the city or outstations. If you are travelling from Malabe/Kaduwela area towards Colombo in daylight hours of a working day then the figure is just about right. How about the readings in your Eco certificate both at idle and 2500 RPM?

In the city heavy traffic with AC 8kmpl is absolutely normal for Chevrolet Cruze maximum will be 10kmpl. Outstations will do 12 to 14kmpl depend on driving style. I think nothing wrong with your cruze since you have already done engine tuneup.
