I'm hoping to buy a Toyota Prius 3rd Gen 2009 Model year car.I got to know that the bank is providing only 70% of the market value of the car.So I would like to know the market value of the Toyota Prius 2009 (3rd Gen)

Welcome to to the forum. 

The market value of a car depends on a lot more things than the year of manufacture. Mileage, trim level,  number of previous owners, condition of the car, whether sold privately or through a car sale, just to name a few. So visit the classifieds and browse through the ads to get an idea.

any car registered in SL for more than 12 months, you can get 70% leasing. In fact if you have the repayment capacity they even go up to 80% in various legal ways. (One bank and almost all finance companies)

buying a 9 year old hybrid,did you ask if the battery has been replaced or you plan to replace after buying?
