Take it to the agent or reputable garage...they will know how to. Its a non-serviceable unit so you don't get a dip stick to check the oil etc (where some garages use to actually put oil in in old AT transmissions), but there are drain/filler plugs underneath.

I changed ATF at Automiraj and it cost around 15K ( I can't remember the exact amount). There is a specific type of oil to be used for Vitz search it in the forum before getting it replaced. If you are doing it at agents it would cost around 25K.
