Does anyone know whether carbon tax on petrol vehicles is now enforced? If so, how much, how, when and where do you pay it?

I thought it was added to your annual revenue licence fee.

Guess it is not added to revenue licence fee yet. I have renewed a licence (YOM 1958 car) on May 2018 and fee was Rs 2200/- which is same as the last year fee.
