Grinding noise while pressing the brake on Auqa 2015

Hi All, need advice

I have aqua 2015, when  I am pressing the break pedal kind of grinding noise coming from ECS area. This noise keep coming even driving (every time when pressing the brake) Someone told me this may be ABS break module issue. But there is no any issue with breaking system or any ABS alarm on screen. To make sure everything O.K I did scanning my car with local hybrid service place and found nothing wrong and all found in order.  Has anyone come across this kind of issue please advice? I am planing to take my car to Edirisighe Hybrid hub for another inspection?

get the wheels removed and brakes checked .. before you loose control of the car.

General question here is that does Aqua has break pads? What if they are worn out? @Twin Turbo

is it coming from the wheels or the Motor Generator? Most of the braking happens in the Motor Generator, brake pads are very seldom used and even can have rust built-up on rotors as a result of non-usage.

Did you drive through muddy or sandy roads? Sometimes dirt gets in between the pads and the disk.

Change new original brake pads and see the difference....?. Seems brake pads are worn.

hmm, shouldnt the Car have a dashboard indicator which shows if brake pads are worn?

Fully wearing of the brake pad is highly unlikely of a 2015 Aqua otherwise it has done at-least 150,000 km or severe issue in break system. 

Car millage?

Usage under your ownership?

Is it depend on the braking style? I mean,

1. any difference with sudden brake and gradual braking?

2. any noise when you release the brake?
