There is a place in Borelasgamuwa Junction - Kumara lathe works I thin 

If you come from Dehiwala side  - just as you pass the Junction at Borelasgamuwa towards Maharagama - look to youe right side - Between NTB and HNB bank  - there you will see the place- small store front but they have a  yard at the back - Good thing is they will remove and fit also.

Sorry cant remember the costs though

Note : As stated by Twin Turbo - do take care on the thickness ---- available for a surface cleanup
