Looking to buy first car. Considering a Lancer CS1

Hey all, First time on this forum so i am sorry if i don't follow any guidelines.

I am looking for a vehicle in the range of 2,500,000 to 3,500,000 and the lancer CS1 has caught my eye.

I am wondering if this will be a good first car (I don't drive usually as I don't have a vehicle at all) in terms of drivability, fuel efficiency and also maintenance. 

I am also willing to take any other recommendations of other cars in that price range.

Have you checked the Lancer CS threads ? We have a few members who are in love with Lancers. They have written quite a lot about the car and the maintenance work they have done and things to look out for.

I'm very biased, but Starlets are also a nice buy within that range albeit older and lacking some comforts. Some of my best memories are in one and my friends and I miss that car dearly , 800 kilos and super fun to drive in a spirited manner.
