I am planing to buy a car, i have found these 2 cars in my budget -

Toyota corolla 141 2008 1.6l automatic 

Honda civic FD4 2008 1.6l automatic 

I would like to know which one is best for my budget and how is the fuel consumption, does it have any errors etc

Or even if there is any other cars in the budget of 4.7m to 5.4m. Thank you

`What do you mean ? Were there any design flaws or recalls on the car ? If there were recalls...15 years later they would have been fixed by now. For a car this old, it does not matter if there were recalls or design choices that do not suit Sri Lanka. It all depends on how the car has been maintained over the last 15 years.

Both these car's are not celebrated for being 'fuel efficient' but are overall solid cars.  The FD4 is a more modern car compared to the corolla. It's a bit ahead of it's time. Car handles well and overall more creature comforts than the Toyota. The Corolla is more of a rugged car. Again both are decent cars. 

By errors I assume you mean common issues that some cars are notorious for in a Lankan context - i.e DCT failures on Vezels - AFAIK no such issues on these but bear in mind at 15 years these are not new cars at all so you cannot rule out any issues.
