Regarding Vehicle Registration

Hello, 

Can anyone explain me the meaning of special condition no:212 under the conditions/special notes section of a vehicle registration certificate?

 If it's a permit import there could be special conditions which would be deleted after some time

Eg: Cannot be transferred until 3 years / 5 years... so and so... that would be deleted after the stipulated time period

What @Hyaenidae said. If you want to know the exact condition then the easiest might be to call the RMV or government hotline and ask what that condition number is (despite these departments being inefficient they can be surprisingly helpful).

In this instance you do not have to worry as the condition is deleted.
