Rarely seen LANCER CS1 2002 Dashboard

My car's dashboard is rarely seen, please give me an idea or advice

 

As you can see in the photo, there is an original display and it doesn't work, so I have been trying to install an android player for a long time, but it can't be done,,, there is no space in there, the AC control panel in the middle is put down and the panel that can be set to android player eka can't be set to my car, the two upper edges are different.

please help me

I'm about 90% certain that you're SOL because that looks like an uber rare JDM MMCS (Mitsubishi Multi Communication System), never seen in export market Lancers so obviously no Chinese 2DIN facias

Even if you find a facia/fabricate one somehow you might not be able to install an android player because MMCS systems typically need CANBUS adapters to work properly with android headsets (This is the case with Lancer CY MMCS at least, but that MMCS was available for export models so plenty of conversion kits are available for those)

So imo your most feasible option would be to get the original LCD display repaired/replaced or getting the complete system replaced with a reconditioned unit.

I could be wrong though, let's see what others have to say too

This was so so hated back in the day. It was nice and cool and futuristic when first introduced but progressively owners got tired of it. The navigation system sucked...the vehicle info was not accurate...when some tried to change it to a much better nav system it was nnot possible. I know a few instances where people went to the extent of changing the dashboard just to get rid of it.
You are not going to find a recon or replacement used unit that easily. So try to fix the screen or see if there are CANBUS conversion kits, etc...in Japan to install a different system. But if you don't want any fancy telemetrics from the car do you actually need CANBUS ? You could at the very least just install a basic AV system can't you?
